Last Call for the 2026 Pictorial Church Directory!
The following email message was sent to the parishioners participating in our 2026 Pictorial Church Directory.
Dear Parishioner:
We are happy to let you know that your family will be included in the 2026 Pictorial Directory. As announced in our bulletin and on our website, the directory will feature parishioners who have supported Annunciation as stewards from 2023 to 2026, or at least during one of those years, unless you have opted out.
We are getting close to printing, so please review your family’s information here and let us know of any corrections: 2026 Church Directory_Draft 1.pdf
If we have a home phone number you no longer use, please let us know so we can remove it from the directory. If you haven’t yet submitted your family’s picture, please do so now.
Email any corrections or a .JPG picture to the parish office at office@anngoc.org by August 14, 2026.

Dear Parishioners,
We are pleased to announce the creation of a new and updated pictorial church directory! It will help us get to know each other better and serve as an excellent gift for new members to familiarize themselves with our church family.
The directory will be provided to you at no cost and will not involve any external portrait companies.
Our pictorial church directory will include all parishioners who have been supporting stewards of Annunciation from 2023 to 2026, or at least during one of those years.
If you're not a current supporting steward yet, or you've missed a year, we invite you to bring your membership up to date with a few clicks here.
If you DO NOT wish to be included, please submit the 2026 Annunciation Pictorial Church Directory Opt-Out Form.
We already have your family’s contact information for the church directory. We only need your picture if you'd like it included.
Please email a digital photo of yourself or your family in JPG format to any team member listed below.
As shown in the sample above, make sure the photo is taken from the waist up with a light, solid-colored background.
We kindly request that you respect the privacy of our parishioners. The sole purpose of our pictorial church directory is to facilitate communication and fellowship among our parishioners. Please do not use the pictorial church directory as a marketing tool.
