Audit Committee

 

PURPOSE

The purpose  of the Audit Committee is to oversee  the financial reporting and disclosure process.

PARTICIPATION

The members of the Audit Committee are elected every December for a two-year term.  The current Audit Committee is comprised of Carl Freedman, Aris Pasles, Dimitrios Verros. We meet twice a year prior to the Fall and Spring General Assemblies.
